1. We utilize conventional lenders first because of the longer terms and cheaper financing. This form of financing usually involves your credit score, more documents, and a more thorough underwriting process.

2. The prime comes after that with much quicker time-to-funds but a bit more expensive. In this category credit score is still important, but they require less documents, and the underwriting is much quicker.

3. Sub-prime is the quickest but the most expensive one, so we try to keep that one for last. They typically don’t require a credit report at all, but will quickly evaluate your income and debts to see what you can support in terms or daily/weekly payments.
