How to file your Beneficial Ownership Information Report
Beginning January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act mandates that all businesses operating within the United States, including foreign entities across the 50 states, must report Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI).
Compliance with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is essential to adhere to these new regulations. Non-compliance could lead to significant penalties, with fines accruing at a rate of $500 per day for late submissions.
Here is our guide on how to file the BOIR.
Here is FinCEN’s FAQ for the BOI report: https://www.fincen.gov/boi-faqs
Here is the application form if you would like to go through it on your own: https://boiefiling.fincen.gov/boir/html
Note: Only submit the BOIR on the .gov website if you choose to do it on your own.
If you would like us to professionally handle your BOI report you can use the form below (there is a one-time payment of $89 which includes report submission and updates for 1 year when necessary).
